Flash TTS is rolling out in Gemini Notebook, AI Studio and the Gemini API. Flash-Lite is rolling out in Google Vids and the API. Gemini Enterprise API access is coming later.

Listen to the official sample, then test a short script you own. Check pronunciation and tone before using it publicly. AI Studio voice replication is unavailable in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, India, Illinois and Texas.

Anthropic says Opus 5.5 is better at research, spreadsheets and presentations than Opus 5. The figures above come from Anthropic’s tests.
- Who gets it
Opus 5.5 is available on Claude Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. Anthropic also raised five-hour usage limits on those paid plans. Plan limits still apply.

Try it on a report or spreadsheet you can check. Open its sources, verify every figure and compare how much editing it needs against your usual model.

OpenAI released Sol and Luna in ChatGPT Work and Codex. Sol is aimed at harder tasks; Luna is built for shorter, higher-volume work.
- Who gets it
Both are rolling out to Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu in Work and Codex, not regular Chat. Free and Go users can try Luna in the desktop app.

Try a familiar task on a model you already have. Keep the version that needs fewer corrections before changing plans.

Gmail search AI Overviews answer natural-language questions from your mail. The example above pulls a contract status and shows messages behind the answer.
- Who gets it
The expansion covers eligible paid Workspace plans globally when Gmail is set to English and smart features are on. Personal AI Plus, Pro and Ultra accounts are excluded in the EEA, UK, Switzerland and Japan.
- Your move
Ask for the status of a project you already know. Open the cited messages before relying on dates, amounts or decisions.

OpenAI’s September 17 update adds a Word sidebar for drafting, summarizing and revisions. It is on all ChatGPT plans, with normal usage limits.
